This morning I have seen a number of kids walking to the bus stop without an umbrella or raincoat...... it is quite heavy rain and windy as well. Although my daughters's bus was late they had an umbrella if they had not they would have been saturated. Are these children not using umbrellas because it may be uncool or is it because they do not have one? Would you let your children leave with out an umbrella or rain jacket?
